It is very important that you read the Texas Ethics Commission (TEC) information, forms and instructions linked on the right of this page. The District is the Local Filing Authority Only for the forms and reports required by the TEC. The District is Only responsible for having the TEC forms available and accepting and filing forms and reports.
The candidate is responsible for reviewing the forms, instruction guides, 2016 filing schedule, appropriate campaign finance guide, any/and all requirements of the TEC and are to call the Ethics Commission if they still have questions. 512-463-5800
The District will accept the forms and reports, affix a date received stamp and file. It is the candidates responsibility to file the forms and reports with the District according to TEC guidelines and schedules and the District is not responsible for notifying candidates that forms or reports are due or that they were not filed.
